Thank you for shopping with Afemme.ca (afemme.ca). This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver your orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described below.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • During high-volume periods (sales, launches, holidays), processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. FREE SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $500 CAD within Canada. This will be automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum requirement.


6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your confirmation email.

If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at art@afemme.ca.


7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

  • Orders shipped within Canada may be subject to applicable provincial and federal taxes, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • For international and U.S. orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are beyond our control.
  • Afemme.ca is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

8. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Afemme.ca is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim.
  • If you believe your package has been lost in transit and the carrier is unable to resolve the issue, please reach out to us at art@afemme.ca and we will do our best to assist you.

9. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Afemme.ca is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at art@afemme.ca. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.


10. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you via email. Re-shipment of the order will be at the customer's expense. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.


11. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

In some cases, your order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. You will only be charged for shipping once.


12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Afemme.ca reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
