Thank you for shopping with afemme.ca. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
No Returns or Refunds on Shipped Orders
Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances. All sales are considered final upon shipment.
We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing guides, and specifications before placing an order. If you have any questions about a product prior to purchase, please contact us at art@afemme.ca and we will be happy to assist you.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once a shipping confirmation has been sent, the order can no longer be cancelled or modified. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at art@afemme.a with your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at art@afemme.ca with your order number and photographic evidence. We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.
